Pricing: Multi-course, plated meals for you and your guests range from $75 - $150 + tax per person, with a $500 minimum. This includes ingredients, which are hand-selected locally by Chef Brandon, and everything else needed to create a memorable dining experience. There are no extra "hidden" fees. Tip is optional, but greatly appreciated. 

Chef Brandon will begin with a consultation to best understand your culinary needs and preferences.

A menu will be created from this consultation and exact pricing will be clearly presented.

Private Chef: Brandon Wilson is a Personal Certified Executive Chef through the American Culinary Federation. There are only five chefs in the United States with this certification. He is the 2nd Vice President of the ACF Smoky Mountain Chapter. He has more than 20 years of experience in commercial kitchens and is a culinary instructor at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. He has cooked for many clients in numerous private homes and also has the ability to park outside the residence in his state-of-the-art mobile kitchen if preferred.
