Private Chef: Chef Brandon Wilson has more than 20 years of experience in commercial kitchens and is a culinary instructor at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville. He is a member of the American Culinary Federation and has recently been awarded a scholarship by the ACF to become one of only a few Certified Private Executive Chefs in Tennessee. He has cooked for many clients in numerous private homes and also has the ability to park outside the residence in his state-of-the-art mobile kitchen if preferred.
