We arrive in a fully equipped mobile kitchen with hand-selected ingredients and cook on site to assure the upmost quality.

We are led by Chef Brandon Wilson, P.C.E.C., who is one of only five personal executive chefs in the USA to be certified by the American Culinary Federation. He is also a University of Tennessee culinary instructor, a cookbook author, and vice president of the local ACF.
